Columbus!!! FindNursingSchools.com Map is out of Date

It had to happen… but so soon?  With the Chamberlain College of Nursing opening a Columbus campus, there’s now one missing in Ohio.  Per the press release:

“Ohio needs increased access to high-quality nursing education and we look forward to serving the Columbus community and the State of Ohio,” said Susan Groenwald, president of Chamberlain College of Nursing. “The expansion of Chamberlain programs will allow us to help communities throughout the State of Ohio respond to the critical and growing shortage of nurses that will intensify as Baby Boomers age and the need for healthcare grows.”

Chamberlain College of Nursing has also announced the appointment of Middletown, OH resident Robyn Havens as campus dean for the College’s new Columbus location. As campus dean, Havens will oversee ongoing curriculum development and student services, help grow and develop clinical partnerships, and manage day-to-day operations at the new college.

Has anyone really looked into this school? If so what have you found? I have applied for the RN program at CSCC and will not be able to start it for about a year and a half because of the waiting list.

Any students that just started the program at Chamberlain…What do you think?

    Thanks for any feedback. Sarah
